Description
On a dark blue field trimmed with red rims, above a stylized image of a triple arch of the Spanish colonial period taken from the distinctive unit insignia in gray, a tri-folded scroll turned gray with dark blue letters inscribed 721ST ARMY BAND and below centered within the arch a pointed shield with a red rim and blue field with the image of a Latte stone pillar surmounted by an image of a harp in gray.

Symbolism
The triple arch is from the distinctive unit insignia and is borrowed from the upper half of the border of the official Guam seal and signifies support.  The Latte stone pillar is representative of the historic building material of the Chamorro society and provides a strong foundation.  The sun is reminiscent of the distinctive unit insignia and alludes to the fact, in terms of time, Guam lies half a day ahead of the continental United States.  The harp is a classical symbol for musical endeavors.

The band regalia were authorized on 13 January 2014.
